TCW was named the top collateralized debt obligation manager in Total Securitization’s U.S. Securitization Awards held on April 26th at The Ritz-Carlton in New York City. The Los Angeles-based manager stood out for its top-flight research, innovation and access to collateral. Lehman Brothers landed the award for best asset-backed securities deal for its work on the $1.7 billion Dunkin’ Brands securitization. The American Securitization Forum was presented with the Outstanding Contribution Award for its work in the industry’s understanding and implementation of Regulation AB.
