IOSCO Opens Consultation On ABS Disclosure Principles July 02, 2009

The International Organization of Securities Commissions is kicking off a consultation on disclosure principles for asset-backed securities. The IOSCO Technical Committee has put together the principles to help regulators who are developing or reviewing disclosure regimes for public offerings and listings for ABS.
