G&K Services Loses Two Banks, Adds Two July 30, 2009

Regions Bank and Bank Hapoalim have dropped out of a lending syndicate for a $300 million three-year revolver for G&K Services. They have been replaced with relationship banks National City Bank and Fifth Third Bank. The new facility will be used to fund day to day working capital needs.
